Neuberger Berman has launched its first tokenized fund, the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC), in partnership with Securitize, the companies announced August 18. The fund invests primarily in high-yield bonds and other income-producing fixed-income assets, including collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans, brought onchain and issued across four blockchains — Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui.

Neuberger Berman serves as subadvisor to the fund — its first engagement in that role for a tokenized product — while Securitize Capital LLC acts as investment adviser and Securitize Markets, LLC offers fund interests to eligible investors. Access is limited to accredited investors and qualified purchasers meeting KYC/AML and jurisdictional requirements.

The launch adds a credit-focused fund to the growing roster of tokenized fixed-income products from major traditional asset managers, and comes as Securitize reports more than $5 billion in assets under management across its tokenization platform as of July 2026.
