Yellow Card, a licensed stablecoin on/off-ramp and payments platform operating across Africa, has raised $33 million in a Series C round led by Blockchain Capital, bringing total funding to at least $88 million.

The raise follows a strategic pivot toward business clients, with the company reporting approximately 30,000 businesses using its platform for treasury management and cross-border payments — including businesses importing food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. Transaction volume has risen above $3 billion.

The funding will support new product development, system strengthening, and regulatory engagement across the continent. Yellow Card's B2B focus positions it as infrastructure for African businesses navigating cross-border payments in markets where traditional banking access is limited and currency volatility is high.
